What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 baskets — a class or a small hunt — with bulk tiers that drop steeply at the quantities a church or a council orders in.
How fast will my Easter baskets arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and baskets ship in about 2 weeks. Woven baskets are made by hand, so the honest advice is to order well before March rather than during it.
Why do woven baskets fall apart at the rim?
Because the rim holds every upright in place, and once one stake end works loose the weave unravels outward from that single point. A rim bound over a core with the ends tucked and glued underneath removes the failure entirely.
Can Easter baskets be washed?
Fabric ones, yes, cool machine wash. Woven ones, no — soaking natural fibre swells it, loosens the weave and invites mould. That is what removable washable liners are for.
How should baskets be stored between years?
Dry and not crushed, which is where most of them die. Natural fibre goes brittle in a hot loft and mouldy in a damp garage; fabric does not mind either. Tell us where yours will be kept and we will recommend the material for it.
What size should I order for small children?
Smaller than looks right. We size by what a basket weighs when it is full rather than by its volume, and for nursery age that usually means more small baskets rather than fewer large ones.
Can every basket have a different name?
Yes, with one setup charge for the order rather than one per basket. Send a spreadsheet with a name on every row and each basket comes back personalised and bagged with that name.
Do you fill the baskets?
No. We make the empty basket and the liner that goes in it, and we do not supply confectionery or contents of any kind. Baskets intended for small children are supplied without small detachable parts and without long cords or ribbon ties.
