Plan for four o’clock

Two hundred identical baskets on a hall floor and nobody knows whose is whose.

Colour coding by group, or a name where it can be read while the basket is down.

Then plan for next year

Nested stacks sized to your crate, and a note of where they are going to live.

That is the difference between reordering annually and reordering once.
